The mission of the Burnham Park Yacht Club Adult Sailing Program is to provide a safe, fun and empowering learning environment designed to develop the skills required for sailing; to promote personal growth and independence within the sport, to achieve proficient levels in boat handling and maintenance, and to develop decision making skills, while encouraging sportsmanship, leadership and team work.

The Burnham Park Yacht Club Sailing Program has created a strategic partnership with SailTime Chicago to develop an Adult Sailing School.

SailTime Chicago is owned and operated by fellow BPYC Members Bob and Maureen Remsing, Further details on the Adult Sailing School will be forthcoming and we looking forward to the benefits of introducing a comprehensive Adult Sailing School to our Membership and their Guests.
